Lithium battery packs should be filled with shock-absorbing materials between them; The outer packaging should be strong enough, waterproof, and have a certain degree of insulation effect; The interior of the packaging should be filled with cushioning materials to prevent collisions and safety accidents during transportation of lithium battery packs; Meanwhile, the battery should be kept in a semi charged state during transportation.

1. Status of lithium battery pack: It is strictly prohibited to store lithium battery packs in a low battery state. During storage, the battery level of the lithium battery pack should be maintained at 40-60% SOC;
2. Storage environmental conditions: Keep the place of use clean and dry; Keep the pole end of the lithium battery pack clean and free of dirt; Do not place heavy objects or containers containing liquids on top of the lithium battery pack; The storage location should be free of flammable, explosive, toxic chemicals and other corrosive gases, without strong mechanical vibration and impact, and avoid strong electromagnetic fields and sunlight exposure. The recommended storage conditions are as follows:

Maintenance

For lithium battery packs stored for a short period (one month), the temperature and humidity of the storage area should be checked weekly to see if there are any abnormal phenomena such as leakage.

For lithium battery packs that have been stored for a long time (more than two months), the temperature and humidity of the storage area should be checked weekly, and any abnormal phenomena such as leakage should be inspected. A complete 0.2C charge and discharge should be carried out every three months, and the final state of charge should be maintained at 40-60%.
